Do I need to have an account to order?
No, you can also place your order as a guest. However, if you have our account, there are some privileges:

  • Quick checkout process
  • Easily view your order status and order history
  • Receive updates, detailing our new version and special promotions


What if I type in the wrong email address?
Please contact us and we can change your email address. We can change your email address, name and address, but we can not change your order.

Is there a currency exchange rate?
All of our transactions are in U.S. dollars. If your credit card is based on a different currency, your total order amount will be based on the daily exchange rate at which your card issuer will process the transaction.  We do provide a currency converter located at the upper right of our pages that can show prices in several global currencies.

What payment method do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX) as well as PayPal, Google, and ApplePay payments. We do not accept personal check, money order, direct bank transfer, debit card payment or cash on delivery.

How safe is my online order?
When you shop online with a credit card, all your information is entered into the SSL secure web page. Your information will be SSL encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network where your credit card and transaction are authorized and approved. Your credit card information will not be stored on our server.

How to change or cancel my order?
Even after the customer receives the order confirmation or the credit card is authorized, we reserve the right to accept or reject the order or any part thereof at any time upon receipt of the order. If the credit card has been authorized to make the purchase and the order has been canceled, we will issue the credit card to the original payment method.

Please note that any order that has been packed or shipped can not be canceled.

How do I set my shipping address?
Since our website and services are both English-based, all information you enter must be in English, including punctuation marks.  

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Please note that your shipping address can not be modified after the order is processed or shipped. Please update your shipping address to your address instead of your address because we do not know when the destination's customs office will suspend the package.

When will my order arrive?
Delivery time is based on your location and the location of the item(s) you ordered.  Shipping time can range from 2 days to several weeks.  We will send your tracking information by e-mail the next day after the order is delivered, as tracking information is usually available 24 hours after we place an order. We are not responsible for the delay caused by your customs department.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, we will email your tracking information. Normally you will receive the tracking number one day after we place an order.

Can I use more than one coupon code?
Promotions and discount codes can not be used with other promotions and discounts, unless otherwise stated.

What should I do if there is a missing item in my order?
Please note that not all items are at the same warehouse so multiple items in a single order may ship separately.  Check tracking status.  If there are still missing, please contact us immediately: fabulouslife101@gmail.com

When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed and shipped from our artisans and warehouses worldwide. Allow extra time for your order to be processed during the holidays and sales seasons.

We process orders Monday through Friday. The order will be processed and shipped within 1-5 working days of the order date. Please note that we will not ship on weekends.

Will I be subject to duties and taxes?
The prices shown on our site are tax-free in the United States, which means you may be responsible for paying duties and taxes once you have received your order.

As soon as your order reaches the final destination identified by your local customs, import duties, customs duties and related customs fees may be charged.

It is your responsibility to pay for these fees and taxes and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for the delay caused by your customs department. For more information on fees, please contact your local customs office.
